What are the steps in a typical consulting engagement?
We schedule a 15-minute introductory conversation to understand your needs, and then schedule a discovery session with your team to deep-dive into requirements. Once we understand what you need, we will put together a solution to meet your business and project needs. When discovery is completed and before we begin any project work, we will create a project framework tailored for your project and organization. When we are in alignment, then we can begin executing the work.
